These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyDocReminder (the "Service"), operated by MyDocReminder ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
MyDocReminder is an organizational and scheduling tool. You upload documents, and the Service uses artificial intelligence to help identify possible dates, deadlines, and key details, and to send you reminders about them.
The Service is designed to help you stay organized. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, and it does not create any obligation for us to ensure you meet any deadline.
The Service does not provide and is not a source of legal, tax, financial, insurance, compliance, accounting, or any other professional advice. Information produced by the Service is for organizational convenience only.
For any decision with legal, financial, or other significant consequences, you should consult a qualified professional. Do not rely on the Service as your sole or final source of truth for any deadline or obligation.
The Service relies on artificial intelligence to read documents and extract information. AI systems can and do make mistakes. They may miss dates, misread dates, extract incorrect details, or misunderstand the context of a document.
Because of this, you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying every date, deadline, and detail the Service produces against your original documents before relying on it. The Service's role is to help you find information; your role is to confirm it. You should treat all output as a draft to be checked, never as a guarantee.
MyDocReminder is purpose-built for business and property deadline documents — for example: leases, permits, licenses, insurance policies, warranties, service contracts, and similar agreements.
Please do not upload documents that carry heightened legal, medical, or regulatory sensitivity, including but not limited to: tax documents, court or legal case documents, immigration documents, medical or health records, payroll records, and personal financial statements. The Service is not designed for these document types, and uploading them is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any date or detail it produces will be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any missed deadline, penalty, loss, or harm arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. You acknowledge that you are responsible for verifying all information as described in these Terms.
[Final caps on liability, indemnification, and warranty disclaimers to be set by attorney review.]
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure.
